Executor of Will / Deceased Estate
A lot of our clients asked us this question....Who can be the executor of my will?
Firstly we would suggest that you, at least annually, revise your will.
In you will you can specify various aspects of your estate and also name the person that will be the executor of your deceased estate.
Your two best options are the following:
- To choose someone in your family that you trust to act as the executor or to have the responsibility to arrange for an agent to finalise your estate.
- Even a better option and less emotional is to appoint a third party. This third part will act as an non-emotional professional executor to finalise the estate.
You can contact us below to assist you with your will or to act as an executor for a deceased estate.
