2. How do I amend my will?

We always suggest to that a professional assist you to do a new will. In the new will all other / old wills will be confirmed to be cancelled.

3. Who may be a witness to my will?

Any personal older than 14 years old. The witness must sign the will at the same time as the testator.

4. What are the requirements for my will to be valid?

It must be a written document and originally signed by the testator and the chosen witnesses. All pages of the written will need to be signed.
